Job summary

Confluence is seeking a North America Marketing Manager to drive regional marketing activity across North America. The role focuses on campaigns, events and webinars that support sales priorities and demand generation, delivering high-quality marketing that strengthens pipeline.

You will work with Sales and central marketing to translate commercial priorities into practical activities, owning delivery from ideas through execution, follow-up and review.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and delivering regional marketing campaigns, webinars and events.
• Demand-generation mindset and understanding of how marketing supports lead creation and pipeline.
• Confidence working with Sales stakeholders to agree priorities and support sales-led initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives at different stages of delivery.
• Experience working with agencies and central marketing functions to deliver campaigns and digital activity.
• Experience marketing to the investment management market.
