Cognex is seeking a Director of Global Demand Generation to architect and lead a data-heavy growth engine. You will manage a $5M+ budget, build an ABM-forward motion, and drive a global team toward larger account-based growth across regions.

You will optimize the full funnel, enhance lifecycle marketing to reduce churn, and align Marketing Operations, Web, and Content for a unified brand and tech stack (Salesforce/Account Engagement).

Qualifications

• 12+ years of B2B demand generation in a high-growth tech environment.
• Expertise turning data into scalable growth strategies and ROI.
• Experience leading global teams and ABM programs from scratch.

Responsabilités

• Develop a multi-year demand generation growth roadmap for executive buy-in.
• Lead a 20-person global team across regions and centers of excellence.
• Drive ABM platform selection and build Cognex ABM Playbook.
• Establish customer marketing to reduce churn using AI data insights.
• Design cross-sell and up-sell campaigns leveraging usage data.
• Own funnel KPIs and optimize marketing-to-sales handoffs.
