Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Delivery Practice Manager (DPM) to lead a team of Delivery Consultants within the ProServe Shared Delivery Team. You will partner with customers, partners, and AWS teams to architect and deliver strategic IT solutions, while driving utilization and portfolio guidance.

The role requires 10+ years in IT consulting, senior program management experience, and a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Qualifications

10+ years in IT consulting/management with IT transformation in customer-facing roles.
3+ years in program or engagement management leading multiple projects.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field.
Knowledge of IaaS cloud transition challenges.
Current TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

Build and manage a high-performing team of Delivery Consultants.
Collaborate with Delivery Consultants, Engagement Managers, and Account Executives to deploy solutions and input on new features.
Develop and oversee innovative IT strategies for customers.
Manage practice P&L and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of engagements.
Drive business development initiatives and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
It is expected to work from one of the above locations 5 days per week; not remote.
Must maintain TS/SCI clearance and obtain commensurate government clearances as needed.
