The Delivery Lead for Communications, Media and High-Tech (CMT) will steer delivery on major programs, manage a team of experts, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure outstanding customer outcomes. Travel may be required based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in operational excellence, delivery management, account management, sales or vendor management.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience supporting/working with CMT Industry and clients.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if Associate’s Degree, equivalent minimum 6 years' work experience.

Responsibilities

• People Management: lead a team of product experts solving complex customer issues.
• Response and Resolution: manage customer relationships for Technical Support and prioritize issues globally.
• Readiness: ensure team has skills for great customer experience and fill gaps with engineering/product teams.
• Product/Process Improvement: communicate feedback and set standards to drive improvements.
• Business Integration: identify opportunities to collaborate across teams for a great customer experience.
