Job summary

Accenture, a global professional services company, seeks a Delivery Lead for Communications, Media and High-Tech to lead delivery on large, multi-geography accounts.

You will manage teams of product experts, serve as escalation point for Technical Support, ensure readiness through collaboration with engineering and product teams, and drive improvements and inter-team collaboration for an excellent customer experience. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in operations, delivery management, account management, sales or vendor management

Responsibilities

• People Management: lead a team of product experts to solve complex customer issues
• Response and Resolution: manage customer relationship for Technical Support and escalate to remove roadblocks
• Readiness: ensure team has required skills and collaborate with engineering/product teams to fill gaps
• Product/Process Improvement: communicate customer feedback and set standards to drive improvements
