Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Delivery Lead for Communications, Media and High-Tech (CMT) to guide large, multi-geography programs and lead a team of product experts to deliver complex work.

You will own delivery excellence, manage client relationships at a senior level, coordinate with engineering and product teams, and drive improvements while aligning with business goals.

This role may require travel (0–100%) and offers the opportunity to shape critical customer outcomes across industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in operational excellence, delivery management, account management, sales, or vendor management.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience supporting/working with CMT Industry and clients.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Responsibilities

• People Management: you lead a team/group of product experts that solve complex customer technical issues by practicing leadership principles, driving accountability and attracting/retaining great people.
• Response and Resolution: you manage the customer relationship with regards to Technical Support and acting as an escalation point for Support Engineers to remove roadblocks.
• Readiness: you ensure your team has the technical skills required to provide a great customer experience and collaborate with engineering/product teams to fill gaps.
• Product/Process Improvement: you communicate aggregated customer feedback and set operational frameworks and standards to drive improvements.
• Business Integration: you identify opportunities to collaborate across other teams to enable a great customer experience.
• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
