Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Global Delivery leader to steer our worldwide training delivery, staffing strategy, and instructor readiness across FTE and ATP workforce. The role focuses on an AI-first delivery model and customer-specific, high-quality execution.

The leader will partner with Training Ops, Curriculum and Certification, and field GTM to balance demand with supply, develop skilling pathways, and ensure scalable, data-driven delivery worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global instructor teams across multiple regions.
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs for data/AI products.
• Track record in capacity planning and staffing with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Owns global training delivery across customer, partner, and internal audiences.
• Leads staffing and readiness strategy balancing FTE and ATP supply.
• Drives the evolution of the delivery model toward AI-first operations.
