Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Senior Customer Enablement Program Manager to design and launch new scalable learning experiences that upskill users globally. You will own strategy and execution from pilot to global scale, applying an AI-first mindset and data-driven insights to maximize impact.

You will partner with Learning & Enablement, Operations, regional teams, and GTM groups to drive adoption and track outcomes, building compelling enablement experiences for diverse technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical program management and stakeholder management experience in an enterprise technology company.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch new learning programs end-to-end in partnership with Learning & Enablement, Operations, Regions, GTM teams.
• Design and scale learning programs within Databricks Free Edition to drive learner growth and user adoption.
• Define learning initiatives for emerging technical audiences with Product, Content Development, and Regional PMs.
• Track program performance and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.
