Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Director, Global Delivery Excellence to lead the worldwide training delivery organization. You will own staffing strategy and instructor readiness across FTE and ATP partners, drive an AI-first delivery operation, and shift away from catalog-based training toward customized, customer-specific delivery.

The role requires building high-performing global teams, forecasting demand, and aligning delivery with L&E's mission.

Qualifications

Experience leading global delivery teams of technical instructors.
Proven track record in staffing strategy and trainer readiness.
Experience with AI-first delivery models.
Ability to forecast demand across regions and languages.

Responsibilities

Owns the global training delivery function across customer, partner, and internal audiences.
Owns instructor staffing and readiness strategy: balances FTE and ATP supply and forecasts skilling, language, and location needs through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
Translates L&E delivery strategy into execution: FTE-first regional sufficiency, with ATP to fulfill additional needs.
Leads the evolution of the delivery model toward AI-first operations and customized, customer-specific training.
Influences cross-functionally across Training Ops, Curriculum and Certification, and field GTM.
