Job summary

Qualifications

• Depth in data, analytics, and AI and the Databricks platform, with Databricks certification preferred.
• Workforce and capacity planning balancing employed and partner instructors against forecasted demand.
• Data fluency using utilization, instructor quality scoring, CSAT, and coverage data.
• AI-first operating model across forecasting, scheduling, and instructor enablement.
• Design and run instructor development and train-the-trainer programs.

Responsibilities

• Owns the global training delivery function across customer, partner, and internal audiences.
• Manages instructor staffing strategy, balancing FTE and ATP supply through data analysis.
• Translates delivery strategy into execution with regional sufficiency and external partners.
• Leads evolution toward AI-first delivery and customized, customer-specific training.
• Collaborates with Training Ops, Curriculum and Certification, and field GTM.
