Job summary

Databricks is seeking a world-class leader to grow the AI Forward Deployed Engineering team. You will recruit and develop top data scientists and ML engineers, manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, and travel as needed.

You will shape product direction with cross-functional teams and foster executive relationships to drive AI transformations. You will work with Product, R&D, and GTM to align delivery with business outcomes, own OKRs for key accounts, and represent Databricks as a thought

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading AI/ML teams and hiring senior staff.
• Ability to scope, sell, and deliver technical engagements at enterprise scale.
• Strong technical depth in AI/ML foundations and cloud deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a high-performing AI FDE team.
• Shape cross-functional collaboration to influence product roadmaps and GTM.
• Develop executive relationships with key customers and partners.
• Partner with Field Engineering and Sales to set strategy for strategic accounts.
• Own OKRs for AI-services led accounts, revenue, and references.
• Represent Databricks as an AI thought leader at events and in publications.
