Careerminds is seeking an International Delivery Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of its international programs across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. This hands-on role combines project management, coach community development, and cross-functional collaboration to support rapid global growth.

You will partner with Business Operations, Client Success, Sales, Product, and Finance to align delivery needs with client commitments, while building scalable processes and a high-performing coach network.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in operations or program delivery.
• Experience supporting global or distributed teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with CRM and operational systems.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day international coaching operations across regions.
• Develop scalable processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Manage coach capacity planning and workforce readiness.
• Coordinate multilingual program delivery and translations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client commitments.
• Oversee billing inputs and financial coordination with Finance.
