Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Manager (Global Deliver Ops Excellence) to lead the global digital capability roadmap for Deliver, shaping strategy across NA, EMEA, APAC and LATAM. You will align business needs with standardized solutions, drive adoption, and influence governance in a highly matrixed organization.

The role requires 8+ years in supply chain leadership, strong analytics skills, and proven experience delivering large-scale digital programs across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's / APICS / SCOR certification a plus).
• 8+ years in supply chain / Deliver operations with global or cross-regional program experience.
• Proven strategic leadership, roadmaps, and governance influence.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the multi-year Global Deliver digital capability roadmap with regional priorities.
• Co-own the capability roadmap with T&D and D&A; shape prioritization and standardization trade-offs.
• Represent Global Deliver in governance forums and influence executive decisions.
• Map current-state Deliver/Order-to-Cash and Cost-to-Serve processes with GPO/BPO.
• Lead the deployment of priority capabilities and ensure >90% adoption.
• Coach and develop a team of analysts; drive value realization and continuous improvement.
