Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Consultant who will connect global agentic delivery programs with regional teams. You will own relationships in 1–2 geographic regions and ensure innovations land with the practitioners who need them.

This role blends relationship building, orchestration, and feedback to influence what gets built next. You will translate global strategy into local action and coordinate cross-functional programs across regions to maximize value.

Qualifications

2+ years of leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale experience.
7+ years of leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements experience.
5+ years of cloud computing experience
Bachelor's degree in STEM field
Experience in leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end relationships with geographic leaders, delivery leaders, and key stakeholders across 1-2 assigned regions, serving as their primary point of contact for all delivery acceleration initiatives
Cascade programs, frameworks, and best practices into your regions with clarity and context - translating global strategy into language and actions that resonate locally
Collect and channel field feedback, adoption blockers, and innovation signals back to inform product direction and program iteration
Orchestrate cross-functional coordination so your regions receive enablement, champion network support, user acceptance testing, and technical intake services
Partner with our enablement organization to identify knowledge gaps in the field and develop training content that meets real practitioner needs
