Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an Associate Director, Delivery Center Organization Effectiveness to lead the global transformation of delivery centers across regions. The role emphasizes portfolio leadership, stakeholder communications, and scalable playbooks to support growth to 10,000+ resources.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in IT services, strong executive presence, and a hands-on leadership style with a focus on execution and collaboration with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or another related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services.
• Proven experience running a portfolio of transformation programs for multi-region delivery centers at scale.
• Strong understanding of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery, global service delivery, and multi-tower integration.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive-level influencing skills.
• Hands-on leader with portfolio and program management focus and execution bias.
• Fluent, professional English—verbal and written.
• Experience in high-growth environments with large-scale ramp-ups (5,000–10,000+ resources).

Responsibilities

• Lead the portfolio of transformation programs for consistency and standardization across delivery centers at scale.
• Support delivery center strategy, governance, and stakeholder communications including SteerCo reviews.
• Develop Delivery Center Playbooks and best practices for engaging across delivery centers.
• Build customer success stories and testimonials to accelerate adoption and engagement.
• Establish onboarding playbooks and scalable processes to support growth to 10,000+ resources.
