Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services.
• Proven portfolio leadership for multi-region delivery centers at scale.
• Strong onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery model understanding and multi-tower integration.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and executive-level influencing skills.
• Hands-on leader with portfolio and program management focus and execution bias.
• Fluent professional English, written and verbal.
• Experience in high-growth environments with large-scale ramp-ups (5,000–10,000+ resources).

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation programs driving standardization across delivery centers.
• Manage stakeholder communications, SteerCo and governance with ROI focus.
• Develop Delivery Center Playbooks and best practices for scaling to 10,000+ resources.
• Create customer success stories and accelerate adoption across centers.
• Support onboarding playbooks and processes for growth.
• Other duties as assigned.
