Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services.
• Proven experience running transformation programs for building, scaling and integrating multi-region delivery centers at scale.
• Strong understanding of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery model, global delivery center operations, global service delivery, and multi-tower integration.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive-level influencing skills.
• Hands-on leader with strong portfolio and program management and a bias toward execution.
• Fluent and professional English—verbal and written.
• Experience in high-growth environments with large-scale ramp-ups (5,000 - 10,000+ resources).

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio of transformation programs for consistency and standardization across delivery centers at scale, including stakeholder communications, portal, playbooks, presentations, and brand consistency.
• Manage delivery center strategy, governance, SteerCo, and progress reviews with ROI focus.
• Develop Delivery Center Playbooks outlining engagement across centers and best practices.
• Create customer success stories/testimonials to accelerate adoption and engagement.
• Establish onboarding playbooks and processes to support growth to 10,000+ resources across centers.
• Other duties as assigned.
