Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services environments.
• Proven experience running a portfolio of transformation programs for multi-region delivery centers at scale.
• Strong understanding of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery models and global delivery center operations.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and executive-level influencing skills.
• Hands-on leader with portfolio and program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation programs for consistency and standardization across delivery centers at scale.
• Manage stakeholder communications, SteerCo's, and governance with ROI emphasis.
• Develop Delivery Center Playbooks and best practices for engagement across centers.
• Create customer success stories to accelerate adoption and engagement.
• Establish onboarding playbooks for growth to 10,000+ resources across centers.
• Other duties as assigned.
