Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field.
• 10+ years in IT service delivery, shared services, or global operations.
• Proven portfolio leadership for multi-region delivery centers.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio of transformation programs for consistency across delivery centers at scale.
• Manage stakeholder communications and governance including SteerCo reviews.
• Develop Delivery Center Playbooks and best practices for onboarding and engagement.
• Create customer success stories and accelerate adoption across centers.
• Build scalable operating frameworks and enable growth to 10,000+ resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
