Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an Associate Director, Delivery Center Organization Effectiveness to drive the global delivery ecosystem across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. The role leads cross-region transformation programs, harnessing executive presence and collaboration with senior leadership to standardize delivery models and scale to 10,000+ resources.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT service delivery and a proven track record of leading multi-region delivery center transformations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services environments.
Proven experience managing a portfolio of transformation programs for multiple region delivery centers.
Strong understanding of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery models and multi-tower integration.
Exceptional communication, presentation and executive-level influencing skills.
Hands-on leader with portfolio and program management bias and strong execution.
Fluent English—verbal and written.
Experience in high-growth environments with large-scale ramp-ups (5,000–10,000+ resources).

Responsibilities

Lead transformation programs to create consistency and standardization across global delivery centers.
Oversee governance and stakeholder management including SteerCo and reviews with ROI insights.
Develop Delivery Center Playbooks and best practices for growth to 10,000+ resources.
Create customer success stories and accelerate adoption across delivery centers.
Coordinate onboarding playbooks and processes to support scale.
Collaborate with senior leadership across geographies.
