Job summary

Grant Thornton seeks an Associate Director, Delivery Center Organization Effectiveness to lead the global delivery ecosystem and drive standardization across regions to 10,000+ resources. The role demands executive presence, portfolio leadership, and strong communication to align senior leaders and optimize DC operations.

You will build playbooks, drive governance, and craft customer success stories across centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services.
• Proven experience running transformation programs for multi-region delivery centers.
• Strong understanding of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery models and multi-tower integration.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and executive-level influencing skills.
• Hands-on leader with portfolio management and an execution bias.
• Fluent and professional English—verbal and written.
• Experience in complex multinational environments and high-growth ramp-ups (5k–10k+).

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation programs for consistency and standardization across delivery centers at scale.
• Manage governance and communications with SteerCo's and quarterly progress reviews.
• Develop Delivery Center Playbooks and best practices for cross-center engagement.
• Build customer success stories and accelerate adoption across centers.
• Establish onboarding playbooks to support growth to 10,000+ resources.
• Other duties as assigned.
