Grant Thornton is seeking an Associate Director, Delivery Center Organization Effectiveness to lead a portfolio transforming multi-region delivery centers across a global network, aligning strategy with executive leadership. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services.
• Proven experience running transformation programs for multi-region delivery centers.
• Strong understanding of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery model and multi-tower integration.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive-level influencing skills.
• Hands-on leader with strong portfolio and program management and execution bias.
• Fluent and professional English—verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead the portfolio of transformation programs for consistency and standardization across delivery centers.
• Support build of delivery center strategy, governance and ROI communication.
• Develop Delivery Center Playbooks outlining engagement and best practices.
• Build customer success stories and testimonials to accelerate adoption.
• Establish onboarding playbooks and processes for growth to 10,000+ resources.
• Other duties as assigned.
