Job summary

Grant Thornton seeks an Associate Director, Delivery Center Organization Effectiveness to lead and optimize our Global Delivery Center ecosystem across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. You will drive standardized practices, stakeholder governance, and scalable playbooks for 10,000+ resources while collaborating with senior leadership.

The role requires a senior IT services expert with a proven portfolio of transformation programs, outstanding communication, and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services.
• Proven experience running a portfolio of transformation programs for building, scaling and integrating multi-region delivery centers.
• Strong understanding of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery models and global delivery center operations.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and executive-level influencing skills.
• Hands-on leader with strong portfolio and program management and execution bias.
• Fluent and professional English—verbal and written.
• Ability to work in complex, multinational environments with senior leadership.
• Experience in high-growth environments with large-scale ramp-ups (5,000–10,000+ resources).

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation programs to drive consistency and standardization across delivery centers at scale.
• Manage stakeholder communications and governance including SteerCo and reviews to show progress and ROI.
• Develop Delivery Center Playbooks and best practices for engaging across centers.
• Create customer success stories to accelerate adoption and engagement across centers.
• Establish onboarding playbooks and processes to support growth to 10,000+ resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business
