Grant Thornton is seeking an Associate Director, Delivery Center Integration to lead the Global Delivery Center ecosystem across multiple regions. The role focuses on building, integrating, and optimizing a strategic portfolio of transformation programs at scale.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in IT service delivery and a strong track record of cross-regional program leadership, with exceptional communication and executive influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services.
• Proven portfolio/program management across multi-region delivery centers at scale.
• Excellent communication and executive-level influencing skills; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the portfolio of transformation programs for building, scaling and integrating multi-region delivery centers across the globe.
• Establish governance including SteerCo’s and reviews to communicate progress and ROI.
• Develop the GDC Playbook with operating model, governance, processes and KPIs.
• Create onboarding playbooks and transition processes to support growth to 10,000+ resources.
• Other duties as assigned.
