Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an Associate Director, Delivery Center Integration to lead the build, integration and optimization of our Global Delivery Center ecosystem across multiple regions and a global delivery workforce.

The ideal candidate will drive governance, standardization and scalable operating models, ensuring clear executive alignment and strong delivery outcomes. This role requires hands-on leadership, program management excellence and fluency in professional English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services.
• Experience running a portfolio of transformation programs across multi-region delivery centers.
• Strong understanding of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery models and global operations.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive-level influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation programs for building, scaling and integrating multi-region delivery centers.
• Establish governance with SteerCo's and reviews to report portfolio progress and ROI.
• Develop the GDC Playbook including operating model, governance and KPIs.
• Create onboarding playbooks and transition processes for growth to 10,000+ resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
