Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an Associate Director, Delivery Center Organization Effectiveness to build and optimize a global delivery ecosystem across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. You will steer a portfolio of programs to standardize delivery centers at scale and drive ROI with senior leadership.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication and a track record of managing multi-region transformations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations or managed services.
Proven experience running a portfolio of transformation programs for multi-region delivery centers at scale.
Strong understanding of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery models and multi-tower integration.
Exceptional communication, presentation and executive-level influencing skills.
Hands-on leader with portfolio and program management and execution bias.
Fluent and professional English—verbal and written.
Experience in high-growth environments with large-scale ramp-ups (5,000-10,000+ resources).

Responsibilities

Lead the portfolio of transformation programs for consistency and standardization across delivery centers at scale.
Manage stakeholder communications, SteerCo governance and ROI progress reporting.
Develop Delivery Center Playbooks outlining engagement and best practices.
Create customer success stories and testimonials across centers to boost adoption.
Establish repeatable onboarding playbooks and processes to support growth to 10,000+ resources.
Perform other duties as assigned.
