Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an Associate Director, Delivery Center Organization Effectiveness to lead the Global Delivery Center ecosystem across EMEA, APAC and LATAM. You will drive a portfolio of transformation programs to standardize delivery centers at scale, targeting 10,000+ resources and strong ROI.

The role demands executive presence, broad IT services delivery experience, and the ability to influence senior leadership across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in IT service delivery or global operations.
• Experience running transformation programs across multi-region delivery centers.
• Strong understanding of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery models and global delivery center operations.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and executive-level influencing skills.
• Hands-on leader with strong portfolio/program management and execution.
• Fluent English – verbal and written.
• Experience in high-growth environments with large-scale ramp-ups (5,000–10,000+ resources).

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation programs to drive consistency and standardization across delivery centers at scale, including stakeholder communications and collateral.
• Support delivery center strategy, governance (SteerCo, reviews) and ROI progress reporting.
• Develop Delivery Center Playbooks outlining engagement across centers and best practices.
• Build customer success stories and testimonials across delivery centers.
• Establish onboarding playbooks, processes and practices to support growth to 10,000+ resources.
• Other duties as assigned.
