Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an Associate Director, Delivery Center Organization Effectiveness to build, integrate and optimize our Global Delivery Center ecosystem across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, leading initiatives for standardization and scale across a 10,000+ resource workforce.

The ideal candidate will bring seasoned IT services leadership, strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior leaders across the organization while driving high-impact programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations or managed services.
• Experience running portfolios of transformation programs for multi-region delivery centers.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation programs to standardize and scale delivery centers across regions.
• Manage stakeholder communications, governance and ROI reporting to senior leadership.
• Develop playbooks and best practices for engaging across delivery centers.
• Create customer success stories to accelerate adoption and engagement.
• Establish onboarding playbooks to support growth to 10,000+ resources.
