Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an Associate Director, Delivery Center Integration to join the team. The role leads transformation programs for building and integrating a multi-region GDC ecosystem across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, driving consistency and scale.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in IT service delivery, strong executive presence, and hands-on leadership with portfolio and program management experience, plus fluent English for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or another related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services environments.
• Fluent and professional English—verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead the portfolio of transformation programs for building, scaling and integrating multi-region delivery centers at scale.
• Establish and drive stakeholder management and governance including SteerCo’s, monthly quarterly reviews to effectively communicate progress against the program portfolio with the ROI.
• Develop the GDC Playbook, including operating model, governance, processes, KPIs, knowledge management, and workforce planning across delivery centers.
• Establish repeatable onboarding playbooks, transition processes, and best practices to support growth to 10,000+ delivery resources across delivery centers.
• Other duties as assigned.
