Job summary

Grant Thornton seeks an Associate Director, Delivery Center Integration to lead the build and integration of our Global Delivery Center ecosystem across multiple geographies. The role requires strategic leadership, strong program management, and the ability to influence senior leaders.

Ideal candidate will have 10+ years in IT service delivery and a track record of scaling multi-region delivery centers, with fluent English and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or another related field. MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services.
• Proven experience of running transformation programs for multi-region delivery centers at scale.
• Strong understanding of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery models and global service delivery.
• Excellent communication, presentation and executive-level influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation programs for building, scaling and integrating multi-region delivery centers.
• Establish governance including SteerCo’s and reviews to communicate ROI.
• Develop the GDC Playbook with operating model, governance, KPIs and workforce planning.
• Create onboarding playbooks and transition processes for growth to 10,000+ resources.
• Collaborate with senior leadership across the organization.
