Job summary

Grant Thornton seeks an Associate Director, Delivery Center Integration to lead global delivery center transformation across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, building and integrating our GDC ecosystem. You will drive a portfolio of programs, establish governance with SteerCo’s, and develop playbooks, onboarding processes, and scalable operations to support 10,000+ resources.

The role requires strong executive presence, fluent English, and experience in large-scale, high-growth environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services environments.
Proven experience running portfolio of transformation programs for multi-region delivery centers at scale.
Strong communication, presentation, and executive-level influencing skills.
Experience with onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery model and multi-tower integration.
Fluent and professional English—verbal and written.

Responsibilities

Lead transformation programs for building, scaling and integrating multi-region delivery centers.
Establish governance with SteerCo’s and regular reviews to communicate progress against the program portfolio.
Develop the GDC Playbook including operating model, governance, processes and KPIs.
Establish onboarding playbooks, transition processes, and best practices for growth to 10,000+ resources.
Manage relationships with senior leadership and stakeholders across regions.
