Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business or related field required.

• 12+ years in IT service delivery, shared services, or global ops.
• Proven track record leading operations across multiple regions.
• Strong communication and executive-level influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the Operations Hub for delivery and performance.
• Manage metrics, budgets, cost optimization and integration targets.
• Oversee annual operating plans, forecasts and monthly reviews.
• Collaborate with finance on budgets and offshore center costs.
• Drive governance with SteerCo and quarterly reviews.
• Create the GDC Playbook including operating model and KPI framework.
