• Experience in high-growth environments with large-scale ramp-ups (5,000–10,000+ resources).

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and performance management across the Global Delivery Center (GDC) ecosystem.
• Oversee budget planning, cost optimization and financial forecasting.
• Manage KPI/scorecard development and monthly business performance reviews.
• Drive governance with SteerCo, monthly and quarterly strategy reviews.
• Develop the GDC Operations Playbook including operating model and workforce planning.
• Identify opportunities to maximize cost efficiency across delivery centers.
