Job summary

AV is seeking an International Contracts Manager to oversee complex defense contracts across Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) worldwide. The role focuses on international contract management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration with legal, finance, procurement, engineering, operations, and business development.

You will lead bid, capture, and negotiation processes, ensure compliance with ITAR/EAR and US government contracting laws, and support program execution through contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) certification is preferred.
• Advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams on bid and proposal preparation, contract negotiation, review, and administration for products and services.
• Manage contract lifecycle including amendments, modifications, and close-outs.
• Draft, evaluate and negotiate agreements (Sales/Purchase, Subcontracts, License, Master, etc.).
• Ensure terms comply with regulations, policies, and U.S. Government contracting laws; ITAR/EAR knowledge essential.
