Job summary

AV seeks an International Contracts Manager to lead bid, capture, and contract negotiations for Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) on complex defense programs. The role focuses on international contracts across business units and requires navigating federal and international regulations with precision.

You will partner with legal, finance, procurement, engineering, operations and business development to streamline workflows, assess risk, and ensure compliant, timely agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• Significant aerospace/defense government contracting experience with international focus.
• Expertise in Federal and International regulations and legal concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid, capture, and contract negotiation for international opportunities across multiple units.
• Manage contract lifecycle, amendments, and performance reporting with cross-functional teams.
• Draft, review, and negotiate Sales/Purchase, Subcontracts, License and Master Agreements.
