Job summary

Raytheon, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Senior Manager, Contracts to oversee multinational Direct Commercial Sales portfolios within the Patriot program area. You will lead front-end assessment, proposal development, and contract negotiations to ensure compliant fulfillment of customer specifications.

The role requires strong business acumen, collaboration with Program Management, General Counsel, and cross-functional teams to drive successful contract performance and risk

Qualifications

Requires university degree or equivalent with 7–10+ years of experience.
Experience in direct commercial sales contracting and foreign military sales.
Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and contract negotiation practices.
Proven ability to develop proposals and negotiate contracts.

Responsibilities

Oversee multinational contract portfolio for DoD DoC/DCS programs.
Lead front-end assessment of business pursuits and proposal development.
Negotiate contracts and manage contractual obligations with customers.
Work with General Counsel and cross-functional teams on reviews and risk management.
Provide strategic guidance on regulatory and policy matters affecting the portfolio.
