The role oversees three functions: Regional Deal Strategists, Business Proposals, and Architecture and Packaging, standardizing where possible while governing bespoke needs with precision.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building deal strategies for complex government and international transactions.
• Ability to frame customer value, configure solutions, and craft commercial constructs.
• Strong negotiation posture and ability to guide teams through complex approvals.

Responsibilities

• Chair cross-functional deal reviews and provide clear decisions, trade-offs, and recommendations.
• Define engagement criteria, service levels, and escalation framework for deals.
• Own strategic deal architecture including value hypotheses, configuration, and pricing posture.
• Direct the build and maintenance of modular deal catalogs and packaging across offerings.
• Develop deal plays and reusable content for the field to accelerate opportunities.
• Govern pricing, terms, and delivery exceptions with clear thresholds and fast escalation.
• Lead and develop Regional Deal Strategists and Proposal teams; align with GTM priorities.
• Measure impact: cycle time, deal velocity, gross-margin protection, and reuse rate; drive postmortems.
