Job summary

Vanta is seeking a Director, Deal Desk and Strategy to own the strategy, structure, and execution of the global Deal Desk function. You will drive sales velocity while protecting commercial integrity across every deal.

You will lead a global team across NAMER, EMEA, and APAC, partnering with Sales, Accounting, and Legal to ensure compliant, efficient deal structures and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of Deal Desk or deal strategy experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• 3–4 years in a people leadership role leading a deal desk or similar function.
• Strong partner with Sales, Accounting and Legal to manage complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a global Deal Desk team across NAMER, EMEA, and APAC.
• Own deal strategy, discount guardrails, approval matrices, and escalation paths.
• Serve as strategic partner to Sales leadership on large, non-standard deals.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Legal, and Finance to ensure compliant deal structures.
• Build infrastructure for Deal Desk tooling, workflows, and analytics.
