CoreWeave is seeking a Global Director, Deal Strategy & Execution to lead our global deal desk—the commercial engine structuring and approving CoreWeave’s most complex opportunities. You will partner with sales, legal, revenue accounting, and pricing to drive durable revenue across reserved-instance, committed-capacity, and growth models.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in deal desk, sales operations, or revenue orgs.
• Experience with enterprise deal structuring and governance.
• Familiarity with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC and long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Stand up and scale a global deal desk organisation.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across legal, accounting, and pricing.
• Own deal approvals, pricing quality, and governance.
• Coach a worldwide team of deal architects and specialists.
• Orchestrate complex quotes and orders from CPQ to booking.
