Formación

• 8+ years of product management, business development, or sales/pre-sales experience in enterprise computing, cloud technologies, and databases.
• BS/MS or equivalent in Business, CS, MIS, or related technical field; MBA desirable.
• Strong analytical abilities and ability to learn new concepts quickly.
• Experience collaborating with sales and BD teams to grow product in market.
• Detail-oriented with experience driving end-to-end product life cycle from launch to transition.
• Excellent written, communication and presentation skills.
• Independent thinker who can advocate for direction yet commit to team.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build consensus in a large organization.
• Excellent time management across multiple commitments.
• Positive attitude and adaptability to change.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement growth strategy for Oracle Database Cloud offerings across global markets.
• Interact with internal groups, operations, release, and development teams to lead lifecycle processes for services and products.
• Engage with sales and business development to identify roadblocks and accelerate growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to create market segments and partner opportunities.
