Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management, business development, or sales/pre-sales experience in enterprise computing, cloud technologies, and database technologies.
• BS / MS or equivalent in Business, Computer Science, MIS or related technical degree; MBA desirable.
• Excellent analytical abilities and ability to learn new concepts quickly.
• Experience working with sales and business development teams to support growth of the product in the market.
• Attention to detail and experience driving the full product life cycle from launch to transition.
• Excellent written, communication/presentation, and content creation skills.
• Independent thinker who can challenge the status quo but align with team direction.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience building consensus in a large organization.
• Excellent time management and adaptability to change.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement growth strategy for Oracle Database Cloud offerings across global markets.
• Interact with sales, BD, product release, and test/development teams to manage full service/product life cycles.
• Engage with regional teams to remove roadblocks and accelerate cloud adoption.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify market segments and partner opportunities.
