We are seeking a Global Data Science Lead to lead a group of data scientists, AI/ML engineers, and analysts and translate strategy into delivery. You will own global methodology, model management, observability, testing, and deployment, while fostering collaboration

Qualifications

• Ph.D. with 5+ years of industry experience or equivalent M.S. with 8+ years of research experience.
• Experience applying analytics/AI to Life Sciences data sets.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based systems and AI techniques.
• Leadership of teams of 10+ people.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Science function within the Global Analytics Team to meet goals.
• Mentor and inspire a team of data scientists, AI/ML engineers, and analysts.
• Translate strategy into team priorities and delivery plans.
• Own model management, observability, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate across consulting, data science, and engineering to deliver AI-native solutions.
• Ensure scalable data and AI infrastructure supports deliverables.
