Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Global Data Science Lead to drive the Data Science AI strategy within the Global Analytics Team. You will lead data scientists, AI/ML engineers, and analysts to deliver AI-powered life sciences insights.

Responsibilities include owning model development, testing, deployment, and fostering collaboration across consulting, data science, and engineering to deliver scalable AI solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• PhD in Economics, ML, Applied Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of industry experience (or MS with 8+ years).
• Experience in Life Sciences analytics and AI/ML applications to related data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Science function within the Global Analytics Team.
• Mentor and inspire a team of data scientists, AI/ML engineers, and analysts.
• Translate Data Science AI strategy into team priorities and delivery plans.
• Own model management, observability, testing, and deployment.
