Job summary

Syncarp is seeking a Global Head of Data Platform Alliances to lead partner-driven growth with Snowflake, Databricks, MongoDB and other data/analytics ecosystems. The role owns strategic GTM relationships, aligns partner sales motions with Prodapt’s telecom-focused services, and drives a scalable alliance engine across global markets.

Qualifications

• 12–18+ years in enterprise data/cloud ecosystems with measurable co-sell wins.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, MongoDB or adjacent platforms.
• Experience working with partner account teams, marketplace/co-sell programs and funding motions.
• Knowledge of operator data challenges across network analytics and enterprise AI readiness.
• Strong named-account planning, forecast discipline and ecosystem negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic vendor relationships with target data platform providers.
• Build joint coverage and pipeline with partner account executives and field teams.
• Shape repeatable telco data plays (lakehouse, warehouse modernization, governance).
• Activate partner sales mechanisms (referrals, marketplaces, rebates, campaigns).
• Improve differentiation by embedding migration accelerators and reusable IP into pursuits.
• Support pursuit cycle with partner influence during qualification, discovery and bids.
• Coordinate with AI/Hyperscaler leaders to position data readiness for enterprise AI.
