Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Talent Acquisition Team Lead for Data Centers to guide a team of recruiters and manage strategic searches across our global data center operations.

You will partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver top talent that fuels growth in critical infrastructure, balancing hands-on recruiting with leadership and a focus on metrics and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record recruiting for technical, operational, or facilities roles, preferably in data centers.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop recruitment teams.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management across levels.
• Proficient with ATS and recruitment technologies including LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters specializing in data center talent acquisition.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior-level and niche technical roles across data center operations.
• Partner with data center business leaders to understand organizational goals, workforce planning needs, and talent market dynamics.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines leveraging LinkedIn, industry networks, and passive candidate engagement.
• Monitor team performance metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate satisfaction, and hiring manager feedback.
• Collaborate with global recruitment teams and centers of excellence to share insights and best practices.
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience reflecting employer brand and inclusion commitments.
• Stay current on data center industry trends and market dynamics to inform talent strategies.
