Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Talent Acquisition Team Lead for Data Centers in the United States to guide a team of recruiters and own senior-level, technical searches. You will partner with data center leaders to understand workforce needs, design sourcing strategies, and deliver top talent for critical operations.

You will balance hands-on recruitment with leadership, coaching recruiters to reach their potential while focusing on metrics, candidate experience, and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in HR, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record recruiting for technical, operational, or facilities-related roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing recruitment teams.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at all levels.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies, including LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters specializing in data center talent acquisition.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior-level and niche technical roles across data center operations.
• Partner with data center leaders to understand goals, workforce planning, and talent market dynamics.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Monitor metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction; drive improvements.
• Collaborate with global recruitment teams to share insights and best practices.
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience reflecting the employer brand and inclusion.
• Stay informed on data center trends and market insights to guide talent strategies.
