Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Experience recruiting for technical/operational/facilities roles, preferably data centers or critical infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead and coach high-performing recruitment teams.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence at all levels.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment technologies including LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters specializing in data center talent acquisition.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior-level and niche technical roles across data center operations.
• Partner with data center leaders to understand goals, workforce planning, and market dynamics.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines for hard-to-fill roles in data centers.
• Monitor team performance metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire.
• Collaborate with global recruitment teams to share insights and best practices.
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience reflecting the employer brand.
• Stay current on data center trends to inform talent strategies.
