Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in the United States seeks a Talent Acquisition Team Lead for Data Centers to guide a recruiting team and own strategic searches for senior technical roles within our data center operations. You will balance hands-on sourcing with leadership and partner with business leaders to meet workforce goals.

You will develop innovative sourcing strategies, monitor key metrics, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while leveraging JLL's global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven track record recruiting for technical, operational, or facilities-related roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing recruitment teams.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management with leaders at all levels.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters specializing in data center talent acquisition.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior-level and niche technical roles across data center operations.
