Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. seeks a Global Strategy Lead, Data Centers, to drive growth and commercial performance for SEF’s Data Center vertical. This remote role covers North America, Europe and Asia, from strategy through execution.

You will own the growth plan, define where we play, and translate insights into a three-year margin plan while collaborating with sales, product, and engineering.”

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in marketing, sales, product management or business development in industrial/engineered products or construction-adjacent markets.
• Deep, demonstrable data center market knowledge across hyperscale, colocation, and data center construction ecosystems.
• Direct experience with engineered fastening applications and with assembly automation.
• Track record of building a growth strategy from market analysis to execution with revenue and margin ownership.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% and operate across US, Europe and Asia time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own the global Data Center vertical strategy with multi-year roadmaps and regional plans aggregated into a global number.
• Lead demand generation strategy and go-to-market execution across regions with aligned priorities.
• Define global account targeting and collaborate with regional sales on plans and pursuits.
• Own vertical commercial health: pipeline, revenue, gross margin and funnel metrics; drive corrective actions when needed.
• Align a matrixed global network across regions and develop vertical resources.
