Job summary

Orise is seeking an experienced Global Key Account Manager to join our Go‑To‑Market organisation. You will be globally responsible for strategic customers within our data centre business, owning senior relationships and delivering tailored solutions aligned with customer plans.

You will drive revenue growth through cross‑functional collaboration with CoEs, operations and regional teams, while applying ABM practices to deepen engagement. Travel across APAC is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years experience in Key Account Management within the data centre industry or solution selling.
• Strong technical understanding of data centre infrastructure solutions and services.
• Experience managing large, strategic customer accounts across multiple countries or regions.

Responsibilities

• Own long-term strategic relationships with assigned key accounts across APAC as the primary interface.
• Represent the end-to-end Orise data centre value proposition, including services and solutions.
• Lead complex offers, including commercial proposals and contract negotiations.
• Drive order intake, turnover and gross margin with accountability for commercial results.
• Collaborate with local account teams, operations, and CoEs to ensure execution and satisfaction.
• Apply ABM methods to deepen engagement and drive account growth.
• Travel regularly across APAC as needed.
